Required Skills & Experience:
– 10+ years of experience in Oracle Flexcube Core Banking.
– Hands-on expertise in Flexcube modules like Accounts, Payments, Loans, Deposits, GL, CASA, Trade Finance, etc.
– Strong understanding of banking operations, compliance, and regulatory requirements in India.
– Experience in Flexcube customization using PL/SQL, Java, Web Services, APIs.
– Knowledge of data migration, batch processing, and performance tuning.
– Familiarity with Flexcube extensibility frameworks (OJet, WebLogic, OFSAA).
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
– Certification in Oracle Flexcube or related banking technologies.
– Prior experience with Flexcube upgrades and cloud implementations.
– Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
