Job Description


  • Certifications
  • Any two certifications from the following:
    • Microsoft 365 (M365) Certified Enterprise Administrator Expert Certification
    • Customer Data Platform Specialty Certification
    • Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate Certification
    • Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate
    • Microsoft Azure Administrator
  • And DevOps Engineer Expert
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing multiple dynamics CRM, Azure Dev Ops and related services
  • Experience in implementing  and managing online (cloud)CRM solutions
  • Good understanding of Common Data Service (CDS) and the Common Data Model (CDM)
  • Good experience in integrating dynamics CRM with SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Team, Microsoft Outlook etc.
  • Good Understanding of Microsoft dynamics licensing model
  • Good experience in implementing MSD CRM Sales, Customer Service, Marketing modules
  • Deep understanding of best practices.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge in Azure technologies like Azure Functions, Logic Apps development are advantageous.
  • Strong operation and leadership skills.
  • Good communication, negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and application maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and manage different Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments and related azure services.
  • Coordinate different release activities with developers, architects and managers.
  • Lead CRM deployment activities and document the deployment plan/check list.
  • Act as a technical liaison for CRM and integrated applications.
  • Manage different release documents
  • Solution Upgrade and Version Control
  • Environment health check and Performance monitoring
  • Educate developers, architects about different release from Microsoft
  • Manage Licensing and User Access
  • Define and execute the security standards
  • Work with Auditing team to comply the standards.
  • Communicate release and outage notification to the stakeholders
  • Work with architects and technical leads to adopt the changes as per the dynamics CRM product road map.
  • Write software, from build system automation to automated deployment, to scale our engineering delivery.
  • Bring in Continuous deployment practices to enhance our Agile posture.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of new system layers utilizing a first-principles understanding of high complexity compute environments.
  • Imagine, architect, develop, deploy, and evolve CI and CD systems for the next disruptive data analytics platform in the cloud.
