Job Description:
- Responsible for coordination with stakeholders – business & IT teams (onsite & offshore)
- Perform application support and enhancement activities
- Task estimation, prioritization, risk identification and tracking to closure within defined SLAs
- Ensure that all deliverables from offshore are as per the quality guidelines
- Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project. Coordination at all levels within IT and business teams (global locations)
- Conduct and lead RCAs for deviations (effort/schedule variance, post production defects, non-compliances reported in audits & SLA misses) and identify preventive and corrective actions
- Understanding application domain, functionality, and daily task management of team in assigned area
- Independently manages project development efforts
- Work independently while providing constant feedback on project status and deadlines
- Troubleshoot and propose viable solutions to given problems
- Participates in improvising the processes and assigned applications/projects
- Identifies, recommends, and implements changes to enhance the effectiveness of Development team
- Provides on-call support for high priorities
- Adhere to industry and company standards & ensure proper reviews
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong development experience on
- C#, ASP.NET Framework, Angular, Node JS, Nest JS, Html, CSS, JavaScript, Web APIs, Windows Service, XML, Docker
- MS SQL Server
- Team Foundation Server, GitHub
- Ticketing tool like SNOW
Education:
BTech /BSC/BE
