Job Description


  • Certifications: PBA/CPA/CBAP
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in implementing/enhancing Microsoft Dynamics CRM application.
  • Good understanding of MS Dynamics CRM modules and functionalities.
  • Ability to match business requirements with Microsoft CRM offerings.
  • Experience in public sector domain
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate solutions, critique others’ work, collaborate effectively and actively engage in discussions and group decision-making.
  • An analytical mind, with the ability to synthesize requirements and design solutions.
  • Knowledge in privacy and security laws.
  • Ability to work well within a collaborative team, including the ability to recognize dependencies between each other’s work, to seek feedback and to clearly present ideas and research findings.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
