Job Description

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience around Dynamics CRM applications with hands-on experience in Omni channel integration
  • Must be certified in Dynamics 365 for Customer Service Functional Consultant
  • Must have worked on a minimum of 2 Omni Channel integration.
  • Extensive functional domain experience in Customer engagement, Project operations, Sales & Marketing and Field Services.
  • To be successful, he or she must have proven experience managing projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resource projects to the conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in client functional and technical workshops, to analyze and design Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement technical solutions
  • Define and evaluate the non-functional/technical requirements for each business process in your work stream
  • Worked at least 1-2 integration projects/implementations for D365CE
  • Identify GAPs in product and pass on to stake holder and provide a strategic solution for implementing those
  • Demonstrated excellence at presenting complex development topics to both executive and technical personnel

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist across all phases of project (e.g. Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, and Test).
  • Support design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions.
  • Coordination and support of development tasks among development teams.
  • Enhance efficiency of development, testing and release process.
  • Develop tools and frameworks to ensure robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 Implementations.
  • Conduct code review, walkthrough & testing of programs to ensure the quality of deliverables meet the requirements and adhere to defined processes.
  • Support team in developing and implementing complex programs.
  • Ensure technical issues are resolved in a cost effective, efficient, and timely manner.
  • Coach and mentor the technical team in the development of the project from a technical perspective
  • Document technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid, mitigate, and resolve risks and technical debt.
