Job Description


  • Certifications: PMP/CAP/PRINCE 2
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in IT field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing multiple projects (CRM, ERP) to successful completion.
  • Proficiency in traditional project management processes as well as agile methodology.
  • Good understanding of new Microsoft offerings Power Platform, Customer Insights, etc.
  • Should have a fair understanding of the various domains and business verticals to be able to correlate with business and understand requirements better.
  • Experience in working with international clients.
  • Proven ability to bridge technology and business goal to provide productive solutions to the required stake holders.
  • Strong operation and leadership skills.
  • Good communication, negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and application maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute project governance & communication
  • Preparing a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, work streams & activities
  • Organize project activities into manageable work efforts for team members and determine an effective approach to completing the work, as outlined in the project plan
  • Lead project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, troubleshooting, and people management.
  • Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
  • Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time & budget.
  • Communicate project issues and resolution
  • Identify and mitigate potential risk.
  • Mentor staff in applying project management controls
  • Ensure project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule, and cost.
  • Identify, manage and monitor completion of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate decision making that is required for progress on the project, Author and facilitate strategic documents such as Project Charters.
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals.
  • Formulate continuous improvement plan.
