Responsibilities:
- Perform application support and enhancement activities
- Task estimation, prioritization, risk identification and tracking to closure within defined SLAs
- Ensure that all deliverables are as per the quality guidelines
- Understanding application domain, functionality, and daily task management of team in assigned area
- Independently manages project development efforts
- Work independently while providing constant feedback on project status and deadlines
- Troubleshoot and propose viable solutions to given problems
- Participates in improvising the processes and assigned applications/projects
- Identifies, recommends, and implements changes to enhance the effectiveness of Development team
- Provides on-call support for high priorities
- Adhere to industry and company standards & ensure proper reviews
- Responsible for coordination with stakeholders – business & IT teams (onsite & offshore)
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong development experience on
- C#, ASP.NET Framework, MVC .Net, Entity Framework, .Net Core
- MS SQL Server
- Team Foundation Server, GitHub
- Ticketing tool like SNOW
- Asynchronous Programming
- Design Patterns
Desired Skills:
- Jquery, Ajax, Javascripting, HTML, CSS
- Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Experience developing multi-tier Internet/Intranet applications and hands on experience in support and/or maintenance multi-tier applications
- Good knowledge of SDLC
- Experience working in offshore-onsite delivery teams
- Excellent analytical and effective communication skills
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management skills and analytical capabilities
