Minimum of 5 years of experience in storage engineering, with a focus on Huawei storage solutions.
Proven experience in migrating from Hitachi storage systems to Huawei storage solutions.
Strong knowledge of storage protocols (iSCSI, FC, NFS, CIFS) and storage management tools.
Proficiency in Huawei storage products, including Oceans Tor, Dorado, and Fusion Storage.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant certifications in Huawei storage technologies are a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple objectives, initiatives and requests
High Degree of Perseverance
Very good Customer handling Skills
