Configure, manage, and maintain Web Application Firewalls (F5 WAF)
Monitor and analyze WAF logs to identify and mitigate security threats.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex network and security issues.
Collaborate with other IT teams to design and implement secure network solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation for WAF configurations, policies, and procedures.
Strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS).
Proficiency in configuring and managing WAFs from multiple vendors
Strong written and verbal communication and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize multiple objectives, initiatives and requests
High Degree of Perseverance
Very good Customer handling Skills
Can do attitude
Open to learn new technologies
