Design, implement, and manage complex systems to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain system architecture and server and storage infrastructure.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Hypervisors, Operating System, Servers, Storage and Backup.
Provide technical 2nd support to end-users and other IT staff, including training and troubleshooting assistance.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to improve system performance, security, and reliability.
Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, procedures, and user manuals.
Collaborate with other IT staff and departments to ensure system integration and compatibility with other business systems and processes.
Manage system backups, disaster recovery, and security protocols to ensure data protection and availability.
Monitor system performance and utilization, identify and resolve issues, and provide regular reports to management.
