Job Description

  • Highly Proficient in Voice & Video Networking, Call Centre/IVR systems ,IP FAX
  • Install, Configure, Manage, Maintain & Monitor all existing & new Voice/Video/Call Center/IVR/FAX related  Hardware and its related Operating System Software
  • Manage periodic back-ups of all Telecom Infrastructure
  • Document all voice network related problems and resolution for future reference.
  • Install, Configure, Manage, Maintain & Monitor Voice & FAX billing Systems
  • Requires thorough & comprehensive telecom & microwave/wireless networking concepts & skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and professional problem solving experience needed.
  • A very high technical knowledge of Cisco Call Managers, Voice Gateway Routers, Call Center/IVR Servers, IVR Scripting, Video Conferencing Servers, Voice & Video Gate keepers, ISDN Gateways, Voice/Video End points is a must
  • Proficient in all Voice/Video standards & protocols line ISDN-PRI, RTP, QoS, jitter, Codes, compression etc.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Upgrade Networking Software to stable Operating Systems
  • Skilled at working within a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
